We keep our products affordable without lowering our standards of quality, using only the highest quality materials. Twinkle Baby signature products are designed and manufactured in the Santa Cruz, California. Our goal has always been to provide more jobs in our community and give people skills they can use forever.
The organization is now run solely by Lara, a self-described stay-at-home mom, along with help from her three children.
Customer Service hours are Monday - Friday 9am until 5pm PST, Saturday 9am until 2pm.
We are committed to 100% customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may exchange or return your items within 30 days from purchase, in original packaging and unused.
Your refund will be issued upon receipt minus any shipping charges. You are responsible for return shipping charges and original shipping charges cannot be refunded.
All orders usually ship within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Saturday). Larger orders usually ship within 1 week.
